Chef Skinnie, a 2014 graduate of L’Ecole Culinaire in Memphis, brings skill, creativity, and serious flavor to every table he serves. Whether it’s soul food, Southern classics, seafood, BBQ, Italian, Cajun, or something completely custom, he knows how to build meals that get people talking.

He’s known for bold flavors, attention to detail, and dishes that look just as good as they taste. From backyard celebrations and graduations to weddings, corporate events, and private dinners, every plate is made with pride and served with purpose.
